Thank you for choosing Pure Saffron. We take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our products. Please review the policy below to understand your return and refund options. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated here.
1. Return Window
You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).
- Returns must be initiated only after contacting us and receiving our return instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Perishable goods (including saffron) once the seal has been broken
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective upon arrival)
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Missing or severely damaged packaging (unless the inside product is also damaged)
Important:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened saffron under any circumstance.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days at:

Please include:
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)
After evaluation, we will either:
- Send a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a refund, including shipping costs
5. Packaging & Fulfillment Disclosure
To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we use multiple fulfillment partners.
As a result:
- Packaging may vary
- Orders may ship from different locations
- Items may arrive in separate packages
- Outer packaging may differ from product images shown on the website
This does not affect the authenticity, weight, quality, or purity of the saffron.
Receiving an order in varied packaging does not qualify as damaged or incorrect unless the product itself is affected.
6. How to Request a Return or Refund
Please email us at info@puresaffron.store and include:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if applicable)
We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
Do not send items back without receiving our authorization.

If your return is approved, we will provide:
- A prepaid return label (for damaged/defective/incorrect items)
- Or instructions for customer-paid returns (for non-defective items)
7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If your refund is approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, processing times may vary.
Refunds cannot be issued to alternative payment methods.
8. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item:
- Please request a return for the original item.
- Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
If the exchange is due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs.
9. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to damage, defects, or our fulfillment error → we cover return shipping.
- For all other returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.) → the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
10. International Orders
Customers outside the United States must contact us before initiating a return.
Please note:
- Customs fees, duties, or taxes are non-refundable
- Additional courier fees may apply
- Some countries restrict returns of perishable goods
- Proof of export or import documentation may be required
