1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
  • Most orders placed before 12 PM (local warehouse time) ship the same day.
  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Cost

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.
  • No minimum purchase required.

3. Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

  • 1–4 business days within the United States.

Delivery time may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • Regional transit times

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we always ship as quickly as possible.


4. Order Tracking

  • Every order includes a tracking number.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

  • You can follow your package from dispatch to final delivery.


5. Multi-Warehouse & Third-Party Fulfillment

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we may ship orders using:

  • Multiple fulfillment centers

  • Partner warehouses

  • Authorized third-party logistics providers

As a result:

  • Your order may arrive in packaging that differs from the images shown on our website.

  • Some orders may arrive in third-party branded packaging (depending on fulfillment location).

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.

This does not affect the authenticity or quality of the product inside.


6. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


7. Delivery Issues, Delays, or Missing Packages

While we ship orders quickly, delivery times are ultimately managed by the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.). Situations outside our control may cause delays, including:

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Severe weather

  • High package volume during holidays

If your package is:

Delayed:

Please allow an additional 2–3 business days. Most delayed packages still arrive.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received:

Please check:

  • Your mailbox

  • Neighbors or building manager

  • Porch/side doors

  • Carrier contact notice

If the package cannot be located within 48 hours, contact us for assistance.

Lost in Transit:

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will replace or refund your order.


8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Refusal

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an item is:

  • Returned due to an incorrect address

  • Refused at delivery

  • Unable to be delivered by the carrier

We may issue a refund excluding return shipping fees, or reship the order at the customer’s expense.
