Cancellation policy

This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, pre-orders, and “try before you buy” purchases work on Pure Saffron. By placing an order using any of these options, you agree to this policy as well as our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.


1. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Certain products may be offered on a subscription basis, allowing you to receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you select.

How Subscription Billing Works

  • Your payment method will be stored securely.

  • You will be charged automatically for each recurring delivery unless you choose to prepay.

  • Some subscription plans may auto-renew at the end of their term.

How to Modify or Cancel

You may cancel or change your subscription at any time before the next billing date.

You can manage your subscription using:

  • The link provided in your order confirmation emails

  • Your customer account portal

  • By contacting us at info@puresaffron.store

Important Notes

  • Once a subscription order has processed (i.e., payment captured), it cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a return if the product is unopened.

  • Opened saffron cannot be returned for safety reasons.

2. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are not yet in stock or available for shipment.

How Pre-Orders Work

  • We may charge the full amount upfront, collect a deposit, or store your payment method and charge when the item ships.

  • Pre-order shipping times are estimates and may change depending on fulfillment availability.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders

You may cancel a pre-order as long as it has not been fulfilled.

Once the order is fulfilled and shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled.

  • However, you may request a refund only for unopened items, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Deposits or partial payments are refunded if you cancel before fulfillment.


3. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY (TBYB)

If available, “Try Before You Buy” items allow you to receive a product before being charged in full.

How TBYB Works

  • We place an authorization (hold) on your payment method before shipping.

  • You will have a specified trial window to evaluate the product.

  • If you choose to keep the item, the payment method on file will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period.

  • If you choose not to keep the item, you must return it within the trial window.

Conditions & Limitations

To be eligible for return under TBYB:

  • The product must be unopened and unused.

  • Opened saffron cannot be returned due to safety and quality standards.

  • Failure to return the item by the end of the trial period will result in automatic billing for the full amount.

Return shipping instructions must be followed exactly as provided.


4. FULFILLMENT & PACKAGING DISCLOSURE (Applies to all purchase types)

By engaging in any of the purchase options above, you acknowledge:

  • Orders may be fulfilled by multiple warehouses or third-party logistics partners.

  • Packaging may vary depending on fulfillment location.

  • Some items may arrive in third-party branded packaging.

  • These variations do not affect product authenticity, quality, or weight.

This policy applies equally to subscription shipments, pre-order shipments, and TBYB shipments.


5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns and cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, including:

  • No returns of opened saffron

  • 30-day return window for eligible items

  • Requirement to obtain return authorization before sending any products back

  • Customer responsibility for return shipping on non-defective items

Subscription, pre-order, and TBYB items must comply with all conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.
